項目概況：

項目地以浮來山風景區為核心，擴展至山下，面積共計7582畝。

浮來山省級風景名勝區，4A景區，以4000年銀杏樹知名。

山下主要特征為村莊、農田及散落其間的廢棄采石礦坑。

歸派策劃：

宣傳口號：天下銀杏王   世外浮來山 

把浮來山融入“仙境海岸”大品牌，塑造項目新高度

打造以“佛樹”和“仙境”為主題的旅游區

提出以新興市場為指向，將新興文化注入文化資源

并圍繞核心產品配套旅游服務，形成浮來山文化旅游綜合體

Overview:

This town is based on Fulai Mountain scenic spot and its surroundings, it covers an area of 7582 Chinese acres in total.

Fulai Mountain is a 4A provincial-level scenic spot and it’s famous for ginkgo trees which has more than 4000 years’ history.

Under the mountain, the landscapes mainly include village areas, farmland and abandoned quarries and mines
